Temporary halting of meter reading operations and bill rendering during Movement Control Order (MCO) period
For the safety of our customers and TNB employees during Movement Control Order (MCO) period, our meter reading operations and rendering of printed bill at customers’ premises will be temporarily halted from 20 March 2020 until further notice.

  • Bills issued for the above dates will be estimated based on your previous month’s consumption. For example, if the amount due for your previous month's bill is RM100, your latest bill will be estimated to RM100.
  • Your bill will be adjusted once our meter reader takes the actual reading at your premises after the MCO period has ended. (depending on the current situation)
  • During the MCO period, printed bills will not be delivered to your premises. Get a copy of your latest bill via myTNB portal at www.mytnb.com.my or myTNB mobile app
