End: Sunday, 19 April 2026, 9:00 AM
During the system upgrade period, myTNB Portal is accessible with limited functionalities:
- View Bill
- View Energy Usage
- View Account Details
- View Bill History
- Add/Remove Account/User
To ensure a smoother experience, we encourage you to plan your transactions and activities ahead of time. All services will be available once the system upgrade is completed.
Important: Payments made between Friday, 17 April 2026, 6:00 PM and Sunday, 19 April 2026, 8:59 AM will be processed and reflected in your account from Sunday, 19 April 2026, 9:00 AM onwards.
