Take charge of your TNB billings with Self Meter Reading (SMR)! With myTNB App & Portal, you can sign up for this service that allows you to conduct your own meter readings and easily submit it on time for your billing cycle.
Self Meter Reading is for you if:
• You are a Residential customer with an active TNB account
• You have a valid email address and mobile number
• Your electricity supply is not disconnected
• Your meter installation is free from unauthorised access
• There is only one meter at your premise
• Your meter supply voltage is single (230V) or three phase (400V)
• Your premise is without Smart Meter installation or Renewable Energy (RE) meter.
• You are a TNB account owner. Tenants or non-owners are only allowed to submit reading if the account owners have successfully applied for SMR
• You are able to access the meter directly

Please note that SMS notification is currently unavailable for Malaysian-registered phone numbers served by Tune Talk, XOX, WEBE and YES, and international phone numbers.
