Now, you can track your TNB applications via myTNB App and Portal with a seamless view across both platforms. Find out how far your application has progressed and its details through the newly enhanced application status feature.
By searching for your applications via your reference number (service request number, application number, service notification number or electricity account number), you can add them into your application listing and view its detailed status.
Applications that you have submitted via myTNB Portal will be automatically added for your easy reference. For applications submitted through Kedai Tenaga, we will display the applications based on your Identification Card (IC) Number.
Besides that, you are now able to rate your meter installation experience and provide additional feedback once the service is completed. Feel free to let us know what you like best or anything that we could improve further. We would love to hear from you!
