- AutoPay is available for registered TNB accounts with an average monthly bill of RM5,000 or less.
- Your AutoPay subscription becomes active once a bill payment is successfully charged to your registered card.
- Payments up to RM5,000 for each TNB account (subject to your card limit) will be automatically deducted from your card. If the electricity bill amount exceeds RM5,000, the charge will be processed. To pay the remaining balance, please use alternative payment channel such as online banking or JomPAY. The unpaid balance of your monthly electricity bill will be carried over and included in your next bill.
