We are excited to announce that the TNB Solar Accelerated Transition Action Programme (Solar ATAP) Application Platform is officially open to all Registered Photovoltaic Service Providers (RPVSPs) starting 1 January 2026.

This platform allows Solar ATAP application submission by RPVSPs / Contractors / Consultants on behalf of customers who received Solar ATAP approval from Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA Malaysia) starting 1 January 2026. For further details on the program, click here

TNB's Solar ATAP Application

Now, we will guide you how to submit Solar ATAP application:

Kindly ensure you have the following documents ready before submitting the application:

• Solar ATAP Certificate
• Solar ATAP Contract (Application for Electricity Supply [Solar ATAP Application Form] and Terms & Conditions).
  *Additional copy of e-B/e-C Form from LHDN is required for eInvoice.
• Copy of IC for individual TNB account or Letter of authorization from company/ SSM details and Representative’s copy of IC for non individual TNB account
• ST Generation License (Required for solar capacity >24kW for single phase or >72kW for three phase)
• G & H Forms (Single line diagram and copy of test results are required)
• Copy of competent certificate and Registered Electrical Contractor (N & Q Forms)
• Solar ATAP Testing & Commissioning Form
