If you do not live in these areas and are not receiving your actual bills yet, don’t worry! You may still receive your bills through our digital channels and make your payments on time.
COVID-19 has an immense impact on all of us, especially towards our financial stability. We’re deeply aware of this issue and want to lighten your load as much as we can. Because of that, we are offering special relief schemes towards your electricity bill as a way of us looking out for our fellow Malaysians.
1) Makcik Kiah is entitled to a 50% discount because her consumption is less than 200kWh.
2) Makcik Limah, Makcik Kiah’s neighbour, had just installed another air-conditioning unit. Her energy consumption exceeds Makcik Kiah’s, around 201-300kWH.
3) Jarjit has been a loyal customer of Makcik Kiah’s banana fritters since little. He is entitled to a 15% discount because his consumption falls between 301-600kWh.
4) Mr David is Jarjit’s employer. He is entitled for a 2% discount because his consumption exceeds 600kWh.
