Implementation of new A form and enhanced terms for Connection Charge & Connected Load Charge

Dear valued customer,
In order to serve you better, we have implemented a new Supply Application form with revised terms and conditions for all new supply applications via myTNB Portal and Kedai Tenaga. If you plan to submit your application via Kedai Tenaga, please ensure that you are using the new form that looks like this.
Besides that, we are also delighted to announce that the Government has recently approved enhanced terms of Connection Charge and Connected Load Charge. In line with this, TNB will be implementing these enhanced terms in the Connection Charge Invoice effective 15 January 2021*.For more information, please visit our Connection Charge page for Residential or Business .

*Note :
a. Connection Charge Invoice (Proforma) issuance after 15 January 2021 is subjected to the new Connection Charge terms
b. For Proforma issuance before 15 January 2021 and payment has not yet been made, customers have an options to choose : -
i. Proceed with payment based on existing Proforma or
ii. Request TNB to issue new Proforma with new Connection Charge terms.
Please inform us of your request via email at tnbcareline@tnb.com.my and attach the existing Proforma for our reference.
c. If payment has been made based on the existing Proforma (including payment via indent), no Connection Charge adjustment will be made.
