Peak: 0800 – 2200 hours Off-Peak: 2200 – 0800 hours

The definition of customer category is stipulated in Tariff Book

Tariff change will be permissible upon the site verification of the business activity and the supporting documents obtained.

Customers who are granted tariff change must enter into a new agreement with TNB to make the new tariff effective period.
