In our continuous effort to improve our digital platforms and provide you with smoother and more reliable experience, please be informed that the myTNB App and Portal will undergo a scheduled system upgrade during the following period:

End: Saturday, 18 April 2026, 11:59 PM
During the system upgrade period:

myTNB App & Portal service will be temporarily unavailable
• Saturday, 18 April 2026, 12:01 AM - 11:59 PM
myTNB App & Portal will be accessible with limited functionalities:

Important: Payments made between Friday, 17 April 2026, 6:00 PM and Sunday, 19 April 2026, 8:59 AM will be processed and reflected in your account from Sunday, 19 April 2026, 9:00 AM onwards.
To ensure a smoother experience, we encourage you to plan your transactions and activities ahead of time. All services will be available once the system upgrade is completed.
