TNB e-Invoice Registration Platform is open to all registered TNB customers from 9 July 2024.

TNB customers are invited to register on the official e-Invoice Registration Platform. This initiative complies with the mandate from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) or also known as Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) under Section 82C of the Income Tax Act 1967 (ITA 1967), effective from 1 August 2024.

• The e-Invoice is a digital representation of your electricity bills, credit notes, debit notes and refund notes, validated by the IRBM. Customers must provide the required details, relevant supporting documents, and consent to subscribe to e-Invoice.
• Upon successful e-Invoice registration, customers will receive their monthly electricity bills via email in PDF format, which contains a QR code, linking to the validated e-Invoice on the IRBM myInvois Portal.
